Hi! I don’t understand why I broke out on my face. Like 2 years ago my skin was alright i didnt really have too much pimples and then this past year i had like bumps on my forehead.. i mostly get whiteheads, but my skin care routine is alright. I wash my face in the morning and at night. I tie up my hair to sleep and wash my pillow cases often (sometimes i sleep on my side with my face touching the pillow but this cant be helped) I dont wear foundation. I do wear sunscreen and cleanse my face with Biore which contains salycilic acid, i use an all natural toner that has withhazel and i use a moisturizer with spf that is all natural and is oil free. I have been eating like i guess chocalate and greasy foods, but still… i think most of my pimples were caused by stress.. I keep getting whiteheads though more than anything.. so why just whiteheads? i have an oily t zone and i would say i have combo skin, any advice? I also drink lots of water… so i try to be healthy but i still get pimples:/
