Necesito Ayuda Para Perder Pesos? I Need Help With A Summer Schedule Of Exercise?
Alright, I weigh probably around 130 pounds to maybe at round 134 pounds. I noticed that I had really lost myself, and have some stretch marks at age 17! I may know some particular reasons why: skipped lunch and breakfast during the past years, and the amount of stress I have and not enough exercise.
So, I began eating healthier and wondered how I could lose this weight. It may not sound much but it is a lot when I looked at the mirror. I have my belly sticking out and these legs look a little big.
I’m a female and need to lose weight during summer.
Can you give me an exercise routine/schedule?
I was thinking of waking up in the morning getting my lunch and some snacks all in one bag (for jogging), and run to the closest hiking trail and hike small mountains (run-hike) almost all day every day. However, skipping some days and just have the other day doing some weigh-lifting.
If i do this every day would I lose pounds?
give me some more tips and help!

1. how far should i shave under my chin … i am currently shaving it close to my apple.
2. what is the best way for me to shave and not have my hair on my face grow back in a few days? is there some sort of moisturiser i can use?
