I’m going into high school in September and my mom is finally letting me wear makeup. I have been watching makeup gurus on youtube for over a year and I know how to apply the makeup, but I’m afraid that i’ll start of with to much. I’m buying E.L.F. because it’s cheap and decent quality. Is tinted moisturizer, concealer (for my horrible under eye circles), press powder, lip gloss, eye liner, mascara, and blush too much makeup for a 14 year old girl to wear to school? I’m not planning to go overboard with any of the products, just a little of everything.
