It’s consistency is like a a hard cream. It comes off on my hands easily, but it isn’t an oily liquid type thing. I just watched a video on YouTube that explains how to grow your hair out longer and faster and have it healthier. The woman suggested to put coconut oil on the tips of your hair every night. I was wondering if I would do this with the shea butter that is shown in the link. Will it work the same? Will it condition my hair and make it more resistant to breakage? Will it soften it? Can it be in the least bit damaging? Please help me! : ) Thanks!

I am a 24 y/o female and my father has diabetes. My mom bought a bunch of the Chocolate flavor Glucerna drinks as well as the Butter Pecan and my dad wont drink the Chocolate ones. I don’t have diabetes but was wondering if it would be ok to drink them as a lunch substitute.
I know they have lots of vitamins and are generally good for you but I’m not sure if there are other things in them that wouldn’t be so good for me, such as what helps your body create natural sugars (which diabetics need) and if it would be worth it or not. Thanks for all the help, and please give me your source if you can.
p.s. I know that I could also try Ensure or Slim Fast but I hate the way those taste, and the Glucerna is here not being used. Thanks!
