VERY and moisturizer is just like using lotion
Yes! Very! Even if you have oily skin, it will help it from producing more oil to get the necessary moisture your skin needs. You can get moisturizer from walgreens, walmart, target, rite aid, CVS, any drugstore really. One that i like a lot is the AVEENO moisturizers.

You have to use moisturizer to avoid chapped skin!
You can go for the cheap ones, or the expensive ones.. I know two.!
