Diet And Workout Plan?
i am 5’6 and weigh 140llbs i do not know what my bmi is or whatever but i still have a bit of lower body fat and side fat, and i want to know if i should start lifting more than doing cardio or doing cardio more than lifting until that fat is lost?
My excercise plan is Mon: Cardio Abs Tues: lift biceps, triceps, chest Weds: Cardio-Abs Thurs: Lift Shoulders Back forearms Fri: Cardio-Abs Sat: Lift biceps, triceps, chest Sun: rest
my diet usually is
Breakfast: Sunny side up egg, with whole grain toast and a banana
or Regular cheerios with bananas and natural honey
Snack: Nature Valley Granola bar with Greek Yogurt and water
Lunch: Turkey Sandwhich with lettuce tomatoes pickles miracle whip and mustard
or Peanut butter and banana jelly sandwhich
Snack: Apple with Peanut butter, or Orange
Dinner; cooked chicken breast
1.) What foods should i eat for Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, that have good amounts of protein and good fats?
-any additions to my current diet to incorporate less fat and or more protein or am i doing well?
2.) Should i do Cardio 4x a week and lift 3x a week or Lift 4x a week and do cardio 3x a week?
3.) and am i eating enough carbs?
