Facial Excercises? Healthy Workout?
I am 14 and have a pretty good body shape and weight, But no matter how fit my body is, my cheeks just still stay chubby as ever, so I was wondering if you could give me some face Excersises to do to stregthen my cheek bones.
In the paragraph below, I will list my usual food plan and workout plan and it would be great for you to tell me what is wrong.
Weekdays; Usually for breakfest I have Toast with peanut Butter or jam, Nuttela, or caramel , or sometimes just butter and sometimes cereal. (fruit Loops)… Lunch= Sometimes nothing or sometimes a apple and not reguraly but I ocasionlly decide for a wrap or a salad (like two weeks out of four)… And for souper I usually just dig out.
For weekend I usually dig out on more fatning foods. Luke choco, E.T.C.. NOt like allot lot but a pretty big amount of junk…
I usually do 30 cranks, sit ups, squats in the morning And sometimes repeat at night (like two weeks out of four)… I go to the gym two days out of a nine day schedule (town gym) I lift weights there, push ups, squats, chin ups, running, bike in spot…
Does this sound good and healthy?
