A Few Questions About Derma Rollers And Serums?
Does a derma roller for the face (0.5mm) improve skin on it’s own or do you need to use a moisturiser/serum after using the needle? Does the serum need to be a special collagen one? Will using something like Bio-Oil be safe since it could get into the blood stream?
