Help!? Messed Up My Diet?!?

Just to give you some background info, I’m a guy and I’m 16 and I’m on a diet trying to lose 5-10 lbs. I’ve been burning 800 calories on the treadmill almost every day the past 2 weeks (6/7 days a week) and I was doing really good about eating, until now. Can I tell you what I ate today and you can say if I’ll be ok or not? It started off fine but my mom makes so may tempting desserts, I HATE her for it because she knows I don’t want it. Anyways here’s what I had so far; if I eat very very very little for the rest of the day (it’s 7pm now) will I be fine?
Breakfast:
Omelette (2 eggs) with only ham and jalepeno peppers, on a piece of toast and 1 glass of orange juice – That was 400 calories total for breakfast.
Snack: Banana and few Raspberries
Snack: Peanut Butter & Nutella Sandwich w/ glass of milk. Was about 400-450 calories total.
Dinner: Chicken grilled on the BBQ. Had an average amount, no idea how many calories though.
Dessert (WHERE I WENT WRONG): Cherry Cheese Cake (I had about 2-3 slices) and I felt like CRAP after and I feel like I just ruined everything. My body is different and when I mess up like that after eating well for a long time, it ruins everything for me :(
So it’s 7pm now and if all I have to eat for the rest of the night is a banana and 1 apple, then will I be ok? I’ve never done this before but I just wish I could throw everything up easily :(
I’ll also be running on the treadmill tonight. I might try to burn more than my regular 800 calories tonight. Maybe I’ll try 500 calories – rest – and 500 more with bigger rests in between.
